No - walk in any time and we'll get you in a chair as soon as one frees up. Booking online just means you don't wait.
How far ahead can I book?+
Thirty days. Slots open in 15-minute steps and the calendar only ever shows times that are genuinely free.
How do I pay?+
In the shop when you're done - card or cash. Nothing is taken online and there's no deposit.
What if I'm running late?+
Call us on 020 7286 4777. We'll hold the chair if we can, or move you to the next free slot.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Yes. Every confirmation email has a link that cancels in one tap, any time before your slot.
Do you cut children's hair?+
We do. Bring them in and we'll take care of it - ring ahead if it's their first time and we'll leave extra room.
Is there an over-60s rate?+
Yes - a full haircut is £10 Monday to Friday. Pick 'Over-60s Haircut' when you book.
